The mission of the PLI Command College is to provide a resource for identifying and training paintballers and PLI Members who recognize the special needs of a paintball team leader and have the desire to prepare themselves as thoroughly as possible. This will be accomplished by thorough study and testing of the principles of the game, the operational tactics and doctrine of the PLI and the three basic Tenets of the Paintball Leader.
