The PLICC Final Exam is a difficult test. This test may only be given with PLI HQ authorization and is graded only by PLI HQ. Cost to take the exam is $5.00 payable to PLI HQ before the test date. Test Procedures: 1. Study and prepare 2. Have your BCC Rep contact your EC and request a test from PLI HQ. (Non-Members contact PLIHQ Directly) 3. PLI HQ will advise you of a PLI Event where a Detachment Commander can oversee the administration of the test. (Members MAY NOT take the exam under the administration of their own DC.) 4. Date and times set. 5. PLI HQ will generate a unique exam and send it to the DC who will administer the test. 6. Candidates will not see the test prior to their scheduled start time. 7. Test must be taken in a controlled enviroment which the DC will oversee. 8. Test, Proctor form, and scratch paper will be returned to PLIHQ by the DC for grading. 9. PLI HQ will contact you to inform you of your grade. You will not recieve your test back, they remain the property of PLIHQ. 10. You must score a 70% to pass. 11. Successful passing scores recieve the PLI Command College patch free of charge. 12. Candidates who do not pass the test must wait thirty days before requesting a new test. Test taking procedures: A. Test must be taken in permanent ink as provided by the DC. B. Corrections must be initialed by the candidate. C. Candidates must take the exam by themselves. No study materials or helpers are allowed. Three pieces of scratch paper will be provided and must be returned to PLIHQ with the test (even if blank). D. Candidates have two hours to complete the exam. E. DC must initial and fill in the Proctor form. Candidate will initial this form. DC will mail the test, scratch paper, and proctor form to PLI HQ.
